A New Generation of Leadership for Manvel
Garrett Rossí Knox is a lifelong resident of Manvel, Texas, and has dedicated his life to the service and betterment of his beloved hometown. A proud alumnus of E.C. His roots in Manvel run deep, with his family owning and operating the city's longest-running business, a testament to their enduring presence and commitment to the local economy for over 50 years.
In addition to his business acumen, Garrett is a passionate advocate for preserving the natural beauty and historical heritage of Manvel. As the president of the Manvel Historical Society, he has worked tirelessly to ensure that the stories and landmarks of the past are not forgotten. His dedication to conservation is further demonstrated through his ownership of the Private Rossí Nature Preserve, a sanctuary for local flora and fauna. Garrett's love for the environment is also reflected in his role as a member of the Texas Wildlife Association, where he collaborates with like-minded individuals to promote wildlife conservation and education.
Garrett's commitment to community engagement is evident through his prior service on the Manvel Events Committee, where he played a pivotal role in organizing and promoting local events that bring residents together and celebrate the unique spirit of Manvel. He is also the author of "Big Trees of Manvel," a book that highlights the majestic trees that have stood as silent witnesses to the town's history and growth. As a candidate for Manvel City Council, Garrett Rossí Knox embodies the values of tradition, community, and progress, striving to ensure that Manvel remains a place where its residents can thrive for generations to come.

Better roads mean smoother commutes, safer travel for families, and increased accessibility for businesses. As the city continues to grow, we must ensure our infrastructure is not relegated.
Our history is vital to maintaining our town's unique identity and cultural heritage. Our trees, some of which have stood for centuries, are living monuments of Manvel's past, offering a tangible connection to the generations that have shaped the community.
We are blessed to have such a robust economy in Manvel, the cornerstone of which is our small businesses, and they offer much more than shopping. Businesses are an investment in our community, they bring jobs to Manvel and increase revenue for the city. While we should welcome new business to our city, we must never forget the businesses that built it!
Garrett's Focus and Vision for Our City on the Rise
THE ISSUES
Parks are not just places of recreation; they are vital for improving the quality of life for our residents by providing safe havens for relaxation, family gatherings, and outdoor activities. Moreover, these areas contribute significantly to the environmental health of our city by improving air quality, reducing urban heat, and supporting biodiversity.
Lowering taxes not only provides immediate financial relief to families but also stimulates local economic growth by allowing citizens to retain more of their hard-earned income. With more disposable income, residents can invest back into our community, supporting local businesses and fostering a thriving economy.
All-Inclusive parks, designed to be wheelchair accessible, ensure that all residents, regardless of their physical abilities, can enjoy the beauty and recreational opportunities that our town has to offer.
